Once again it’s another terrific festive recipe out of my Taste from home (Ultimate Halloween) magazine.
This is a great alternative to the plain hot dog. I think of it as a Hot dog sloppy joe! 😉
1 package of hot dogs (your choice. I used ball park franks)
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard
and of course hamburger buns
Cut hot dog (s) into six thin stripes.
In lrg skillet,saute them in oil until golden
Stir in ketchup,brown sugar,Worcestershire sauce and mustard. ^
This next recipe can can be a side dish or a breakfast starter!
Fluffy Apple Dip
1 packages (8oz )cream cheese
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 jar ( 7 oz..Yes!) marshmallow creme.
*Cut up some apples and dip! You can also add caramel topping! You’re welcome. 🙂
